The H - H Home Improvement evolution is a story of decades-long dedication and commitment to high quality design, construction and collaborative commercial partnerships.
From an early age growing up in Sydney, H - H Home Improvement CEO Arthur Magaitis demonstrated a keen curiosity in the built environment. As a young adult, his resolve to positively impact the urban environment and community around him strengthened. Graduating with honours from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Magaitis was able to further his interest in advanced construction methods and develop his passion for contemporary design. It was the genesis of a life-long mission to elevate construction quality and aesthetic standards in boutique residential and commercial projects.
Recognising a gap in the industry for construction and project management partners who truly ‘understood’ and prioritised design, he formed H - H Home Improvement. The mission? To elevate the bar in boutique residential, bespoke fit outs and commercial projects, delivering excellence in design-driven construction and project management.
H - H Home Improvement is a beacon of quality, sophistication and refinement in high-end boutique residential and commercial construction and project management and enjoys long standing working relationships with some of Australia’s most highly sought after commercial, retail, architectural and interior design firms.

Magaitis appreciation for quality, design and experience extends beyond the construction sector. When not focusing on development projects, Magaitis’ passion for performance excellence and a sophisticated European aesthetic drew him into the world of sports car racing.
His impressive track record racing luxury supercars is matched by his passion to build an accessible community, so others can share in the thrill of racing performance vehicles. Magaitis currently sits on the board of NSW Production Sports Supercars Racing NSW and holds the position of President of the Association.
